Lars, a project manager, will attend a business meeting. Before the meeting begins, he wants to catch some information about the meeting, including the discussed topic, attending persons, intended result and so on; but the information are hidden in emails, address books and web-pages. After searching the information he will write down the useful in a file from different info sources. During the meeting Lars will open the file and check all of the information, at the same time he can note the meetings content and add remarks at some comments of discussed topic or important contents. After the meeting he will complete his annotations by searching accordant files and pictures or other data in his computer, and then put these information into a certain folder, which includes all the information and data about this meeting, so that he can recheck the notes conveniently in the future; he will create a directory to index each folder, and each item of the directory contains the meeting topic and the folder’s name. Lars will also collect many business cards from the people that attended the meeting, so he will annotate some information on the business cards so that he can retain the remembrance of these people expressly.
